Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure convenient tracking and processing.

Pack Your Items

Securely package your beauty products in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

After we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
